A+ Home Tuition Malaysia specializes in tuition referral and education-related services to tutors and parents/ students. To help us serve you better, please take the time to review the following terms and conditions. By using A+ Home Tuition Malaysia services, you agree to these terms and conditions. A+ Home Tuition Malaysia reserves the right to alter the service agreement without any prior notice.

1. Tutor Registration

A+ Home Tuition Malaysia does not automatically accept all tutor applicants. We require a prospective tutor to be at least 18 years old, local Malaysian, hold a minimum of SPM certificate, and must confirm their eligibility to perform private tutoring in Malaysia prior to registration.

2. Tutor Qualifications

Tutors are expected to provide accurate personal information at all times. A+ Home Tuition Malaysia will not tolerate tutors misleading clients with fake credentials or fake personal information. All posted content, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the tutor. A+ Home Tuition Malaysia does not take responsibility for the origin of this content. At the point of registration, you have to be in possession of all the original copies of your qualifications as stated in your profile. You will need to present them to our company and the client at any time for verification purposes. Before your first tuition lesson with our client, you are required to submit your qualifications through the following methods: pls inbox message your SPM/Degree certificates to https://www.facebook.com/tuitionjobsmalaysia/. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your tuition assignment.

3. Tutor Authentication

A+ Home Tuition Malaysia will verify tutor documents in order to ensure that the level of qualification is directly aligned with the tuition fee requested by the tutor. Any tutor submitting false documentation will be turned over to the Malaysia Police Force.

4. Tutor Guidelines

Utilize a syllabus to monitor changes and to update teaching subject regularly

Physical contact with a student is not allowed

If tuition is done in tutor’s place, proper guidance must be given during the first lesson

Always deliver a full tuition session

No verbal abuse is allowed

No vulgarity is allowed

Communicate regularly with parents to keep them updated of progress

5. Cancellation of Assignment by Tutor

Once the tuition assignment is confirmed (before the first lesson starts), the tutor cannot directly or indirectly cause the cancellation of the assignment or fail to show up. And if that happens, you will be required to compensate our agency RM50 as administrative charges. If the tutor terminates the assignment within the first month after the first lesson has started, our company will retain 100% commission for the completed lessons.

6. Commission

Commission refers to the amount A+ Home Tuition Malaysia charge tutor for a successfully matched tuition assignment.

For tutors that took any tuition jobs successfully from A+ Home Tuition BEFORE 25th June 2021, below are the commission terms for future jobs that you like to apply:

For the commission,

Tutor can choose to pay us

A1) 100% on first month or

A2) 50% first month and 50% second month or

A3) 40% first month and 30% second month and third month onwards 5%

For A1 & A2:

Please take note the total commission is total 4 weeks of lesson for both A1 or A2 option, this is a one time fee.

For A3:

A+ Home Tuition charge tutor the monthly commission as below, until tutor’s tuition service ends with parent:

For A3:
First month: 40%

Second month: 30%

Third month onwards: 5%

Service Include：

1. Guarantee of payment from parents (some parents might not pay tuition fees)

2. Company in charge of all payment related matters with parents (tutors don’t need to ask tuition fees from parents)

3. Resolve any issues that tutor face with the parent (If needed, company will inform parents on behalf of tutors)

For tutors that take tuition jobs from A+ Home Tuition AFTER 25th June 2021 (and did not take any tuition jobs successfully from A+ Home Tuition BEFORE 25th June 2021), below are the commission terms for future jobs that you like to apply:

For the commission,

Upon successful matching of tuition cases, A+ Home Tuition charge tutor the monthly commission as below, until tutor’s tuition service ends with parent:

OPTION 1

First month: 40%

Second month: 30%

Third month: 30%

Fourth month onwards: 5%

Service Include：

1. Guarantee of payment from parents (some parents might not pay tuition fees)

2. Company in charge of all payment related matters with parents (tutors don’t need to ask tuition fees from parents)

3. Resolve any issues that tutor face with the parent (If needed, company will inform parents on behalf of tutors)

Our company will collect fee from parent and pay to you:

First month: 100% -40% = will pay you 60% of the tuition fees

Second month: 100% - 30% = will pay you 70% of the tuition fees

Third month: 100% - 30% = will pay you 70% of the tuition fees

Fourth month onwards: 100% - 5% = will pay you 95% of the tuition fees

OPTION 2

First month: 50%

Second month: 50%

Third month onwards: 5%

Service Include：

1. Guarantee of payment from parents (some parents might not pay tuition fees)

2. Company in charge of all payment related matters with parents (tutors don’t need to ask tuition fees from parents)

3. Resolve any issues that tutor face with the parent (If needed, company will inform parents on behalf of tutors)

Our company will collect fee from parent and pay to you:

First month: 100% -50% = will pay you 50% of the tuition fees

Second month: 100% - 50% = will pay you 50% of the tuition fees

Third month onwards: 100% - 5% = will pay you 95% of the tuition fees

Additional info for both Option 1 and Option 2:

*no upfront payment of commission needed, we will deduct your commission from your monthly tuition fees, until your tuition service ends with client/parent.

Parent will pay tuition fees to our company every month, A+ home tuition will deduct commission and A+ home tuition (NOT CLIENT) will pay to you the tuition fees every month.

Pls inform A+ home tuition the monthly fees at the beginning of every month, and A+ home tuition will collect tuition fees from clients/parents.

At the end of every month, after you completed your classes for that month, pls inform A+ home tuition and A+ home tuition will pay fees to you after deduct the commission.

7. Tuition Rates

Actual tuition rates differ for each tutor, depending on several factors. The ranges of tuition rates listed on our site are to be used as a reference.

8. Payment

Tutors are not allowed to change the tuition fees in any way for the first month without the consent of A+ Home Tuition Malaysia. Payment details will be discussed and confirmed once tuition assignments are successfully matched.

9. Location of Tutoring Lessons

Tutors will conduct teaching at the student’s residence unless specified and agreed upon by both client and tutor.

10. Tutor Reassignment or Cancellation

If at any time the client is not satisfied with the tutor, the client may request a replacement. However, the client is responsible for paying the attended tuition fees.

11. Disclaimer

A+ Home Tuition Malaysia is not responsible for disputes, loss, injury, liability for problems, unhappiness, that are a result of the tutor. A+ Home Tuition Malaysia will not act as an arbitrator for any disagreements that arise between tutor and client. A+ Home Tuition Malaysia reserves the right to terminate or deny services to any client or tutor at any time.
